How can we successfully support our customers in IT projects according to common ideas?
The answer to this question is given in our training „Business relevance in IT projects“, because the aim of the training is to impart applicable knowledge for the successful implementation of IT projects. The focus is primarily on the networking of technical and business-relevant knowledge in order to better understand and optimally serve customer needs.
The training is suitable for project managers, developers and salespeople and should be scheduled with a group size of 10-15 participants for two days.
In addition to the 8 phases of project management, the participants will also learn various theoretical topics such as industrial project management, user center design, verbal and non-verbal communication and 5DoBT. In addition, the participants learn to apply the newly acquired knowledge directly and to integrate it into their own actions in practical exercises designed individually and in a practical manner.
User Centered Design
In our training courses on user-centered design, we teach participants practical methods and tools for the implementation of IT projects, taking into account user requirements and usability. The trainings are suitable for project managers and developers and include the following modules, which can be varied according to the requirements of the organization:
- User Centered Design Theory
- UCD requirements engineering
- Design Solutions
- Evaluation Techniques
With many best practices and exercises on helping methods such as personas and user goal use cases, the participants learn to integrate the focus for user-centered design into their daily work and thus benefit sustainably from the content they learn.

With MARKTGUT’s own 5DoBT methodology we have created a standard that enables us to determine the economic benefit of projects and to justify project implementations. To get closer to this goal, we offer a training course that trains the application of our methodology and focuses on the participants‘ ability to use and apply the procedure independently for future project.

„Creating value through procurement controlling“ is the title of the two-day training course given by our controlling experts on procurement management topics and is aimed at managers and responsible employees in this area. The contents of the training refer to the development of a successful controlling, a corresponding networking with other company interfaces, the most important key figures, in order to generate transparency and added value with the help of Big Data. With valuable tips from more than 25 years of management work in large companies, participants receive new impulses for their work in procurement management or controlling.
