Business Model Innovation
In 2018 we developed a new innovative business strategy with our customer, a medium-sized company founded in 1863, which is today the market leader in the production of aluminium profiles for floor coverings.
As part of the company's reorganization, strategic objectives were developed with the company's managers. In the project, the customer was classified into competitive profiles and into the total value chain on the basis of key figures and their analyses. Our consultants supported the process by using innovative methods such as idea workshops, SWOT analyses and 5DoBT. This enabled us to work on possible strategic changes with the company's managers in several workshops.
