Costing Map in Cost Management

A family business founded in 1965, which with its more than 8500 employees and 18 locations worldwide has specialized in electronics manufacturing in the automotive, medical and aerospace industries, asked us for support in the area of cost management.

The calculation processes at the individual international locations were intransparent and little standardized, resulting in considerable additional work and quality restrictions. The goal was a uniform calculation across all locations. For this reason MARKTGUT was commissioned with the creation of a calculation map.

With the help of the derived recommendations for action and measures, it is now possible for our customer to implement standardization in further projects.
