Digitalized Value Management

The leading international development partner and supplier to the automotive industry, operates internationally at over 170 production sites with almost 80,000 employees and generates annual sales of around 12 billion euros.

In the summer of 2018, our customer wanted to modernise the Group's value management together with us. In workshop format, we developed together a concept for a digital platform for the calculation and management of potentials and business assets, which optimizes existing processes and removes unnecessary duplications.

After carrying out user analyses and recording the functional and operational requirements, a requirement specification for the internal value management product was created. An appropriate development roadmap for anchoring the tool in the existing process structures was drawn up.
