What do you love about your job?

My job is an excellent connection to theoretical studies at the university. I can contribute my acquired knowledge to our projects, but I am also constantly learning. By working with the latest technologies and tools, I can create innovative and future-oriented solutions. There are always new problems to be solved and ambitious goals to be achieved, which means that monotonous work is not an issue.

What do you love about your projects?

My projects are giving me the freedom to express my creativity. Every idea will be considered as long as it has its justification and it is fun to follow it in the development process - right up to delivery to the customer. As a system architect for one of our projects, I have the unique opportunity to create a system architecture according to my ideas, which motivates me very much.

What do you love about MARKTGUT?

The dynamics of a young team with flat hierarchies combined with professionalism and very high quality standards are an excellent combination in the working environment. At TechLAB, we evaluate and test the use of the latest technologies, which means that we are constantly challenged to improve.
