User focus in IT development

How can the requirements of users be determined in a target-oriented way? These and other questions about user focus in IT development will be answered in the course of the same name. The aim of the training is to convey the value-adding change from product-oriented to task- and context-oriented thinking. During the training, tasks such as writing Personas and User Goal Use Cases as well as designing and evaluating prototypical interfaces will be handled.

A group of 5 developers from different IT-relevant departments of a customer took part in the two-day event as the first training group in December 2017. The participants benefited from the practical exercises and evaluated the training with 4.5 out of 5 points.

The participants received a certificate of participation at the end of each course. Further successful training dates were held in 2018, so that the standardised training concept is now also available to other customers.
