MMS IIoT Product Home

Set up a start-up within a traditional mechanical and plant engineering company? We implemented this idea together with our customer, one of the world's largest manufacturers of presses, in the field of digitization starting in autumn 2018.

Using a Machine Monitoring System (MMS), the press manufacturer digitizes the operation of its machines. MMS solutions are currently being developed independently in the automotive, hydraulics and industry sectors. In order to create synergies here, a product home is to be established within the company, which will centrally combine all MMS topics and effectively deploy and bundle resources. The development of solutions in the divisions and the organizational structure of the product home will also be handled on the basis of agile processes.

The first agile teams have already dedicated themselves to their tasks after an introductory training and successfully completed them. Further teams and strategies are currently being set up and developed.
